At Loto Wellness Collective, we are deeply committed to living and leading others into the fullness of life that Jesus offers. Inspired by our ministry partner Infinitum’s Life Postures, we embrace three foundational heart postures—Surrender, Generosity, and Mission—as ways of living that reflect the life and love of Christ.

These Life Postures are intentional choices, shaping not just how we respond to God, but how we engage with the world around us. They invite us to align our hearts, actions, and lifestyles with the way Jesus lived:

  • Surrender: A daily posture of releasing control and trusting God’s will over our own, surrendering all we are and have to Him.

  • Generosity: Living open-handed, freely receiving and giving to others in response to the abundant grace and love we’ve received from God.

  • Mission: Stepping boldly into the adventure of God's calling, embracing His purpose and allowing our lives to be a part of His greater story.

These postures guide us toward a life of wholeness, purpose, and spiritual vitality—grounded in Christ and sustained by His love. Join us on this transformative journey as we walk in these heart postures and live out the way of Jesus together.

Surrender Posture

Heavenly Father,

I confess that I spend too much time defending and holding tightly to my position, my attitudes, my opinions, and my behavior. I acknowledge that I often resist Your plans and Your will for my life.

Forgive me, Lord, for when my actions and heart do not reflect the way You lived and how I have experienced Your grace. Today, I choose to live my life open-handed. I surrender all I have to You, trusting in Your wisdom and Your way.

I choose surrender. Lead me to walk in alignment with Your will, fully yielded to Your purpose.

Life Postures

Mission Posture

Heavenly Father,

I confess that I often become preoccupied with my own struggles and distractions. I acknowledge my cynicism, my entrenchment, and my sense of entitlement.

Forgive me, Lord, for when my actions don’t reflect how You lived or how I have experienced Your love. Today, I choose to be open to Your ways and to embrace the mission You have set before me. I choose to step into the adventure You call me into, trusting in Your guidance and purpose.

I choose mission. Lead me to walk boldly in Your calling, reflecting Your love and grace in all I do.

Generosity Posture

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a humble heart, acknowledging that I often cling too tightly to what I perceive as mine. I confess that I sometimes allow myself to be defined by what I possess and my actions, rather than by Your grace.

Forgive me for letting these hands stray from how You lived and how I have experienced Your presence.

I choose generosity. To receive from You and to give freely to others. Guide me in reflecting Your love and grace through my actions and interactions.
