Loto Creates: Artful Communion
Join us for Artful Communion, a sacred space where we practice the Presence of God through creativity. Upon registering, you'll receive a PDF coloring page designed to inspire your creativity, but you're also welcome to bring any project that resonates with you—painting, knitting, poetry, cross-stitch, or any other medium. This is a time to awaken your creativity in the Presence of the Master Artist and embrace the Creative Spirit within.
At Loto Wellness Collective, we believe that if we are made in the image of the Creator, we are all called to create. This contemplative experience is an invitation to explore artful living as a sacred act of communion with the Presence of God, creating from a place of inspired shalom. Gather with fellow creatives from across the globe as we co-create with each other and the Spirit in this shared experience of communion and artistry.
Meet February's Artist in Residence: Crystal Domi is a lifelong artist, creative visionary, and the founder of Creative Comadre, a movement dedicated to helping women heal and grow through the therapeutic arts. Crystal discovered that art isn’t just about making something beautiful—it’s about making space for oneself.
Meet your Creative Co-Hosts: Jennifer Axcell is the Champion of Rest and visionary behind Loto Wellness Collective. She is an entrepreneur, experience designer, contemplative, and artist. Currently living as a digital nomad, Jennifer is exploring the globe, drawing inspiration from diverse cultural practices of rest and self-care.
John Maikowski is the executive director of Transforming Creatives, a nonprofit based in Colorado that is helping form creative souls as they transform the soul of society. He is a sacred experience designer, creative director, and ordained pastor with contemplative and spiritual direction practices.
Event Details:
💻 2 hours, held on Zoom. The recording will be made available for registrants who can't attend the live event.🎨 Open to all types of creative expressions.
👩🎨 No previous creative skills required. If you can color, you can create.
🖍️ Printable PDF coloring page included with registration (crayons, markers, paints, etc are not provided). A portion of your ticket supports the artist in residence for this event.
